Following the birds motif and using their corporate colors. Site was designed to mirror the printed book. Page numbers online correspond to the page numbers in the book. Thus, people can refer the the same page number regardless of whether they are using the printed book or the website.

Online Code of Conduct was also printed in a booklet with wire binding and a pocket for an introduction letter. Book was translated into 30 languages.

We also designed the Integrity In Action logo and developed their tag line. The theme was rowing. The concept behind the rowing is that it is a sport where everyone must row in sync in order to advance. So the employees need to work together prioritizing integrity in order to advance in the marketplace.
